OK, she's not really SO little when you think of some other tiny newbies, but in the grand scheme of things she is still pretty darn small. All I'm going to say is that her mom is my hero for surviving bed rest and growing her so big and healthy. Anyway, she is a complete doll and I had the best time getting to play with and snuggle her and getting to know her mom and dad, who are hilarious and doing and amazing job with this whole first time parenting thing. What a team! Just going to share a few of my favorites, though it's killing me not to be able to share them ALL!
Newborns can't always pull off clothes in a photo, but she showed up in this dress (a gift from her auntie, thanks auntie!) and not only is it super cute on her, but it made me think of an outfit my girls wore when they were tiny (were my girls EVER that tiny?) This little one was all about the party going on around her....so alert and not wanting to miss a minute of it!
However, after a delicious lunch (thanks mom!) she couldn't help herself and snuggled right down into the beanbag for a little snooze. Isn't she beautiful?

OK, these are just gorgeous. The shots of mom and dad holding her are making me all teary (and no, it has NOTHING to do with the fact that I'm 30wks pregnant). What a beautiful family and what beautiful pictures!
