Well, spring is here (for now, I know better than to be too optimistic...). The mom of these two and I have been anxiously awaiting some good outdoor photo weather! It is so much more fun to get to go on a playdate and happen to bring my camera along....especially for the 18 month through 4ish set. And I love natural light shooting...though it might almost have been too sunny (really? is that possible? I'm NOT complaining!). These girls were so much fun...they just let me come along for their adventure...their mom just let us wander off and find all kinds of neat things...and best of all, her main photo objective was to capture their energy and constant motion...that is something I can guarantee. Just so happens we got a few of their fabulous smiles too! This one is photo HEAVY so I hope you've got a snack handy...here's our fun afternoon at the pond...

Don't know how else to describe them.
We did some running here...
and some running there....
showed off some abs...
found a snail shell...
threw some rocks....
got some pants dirty...
stood on our heads...
and about a million other fun things.
Then it was time to go home....
Sigh.
I had so much fun and am having the worst time trying to narrow down my favorites.
Now, go outside and enjoy the sunshine!! Yippee!

Can you believe tee shirts in February! The girls are so cute and full of energy. Lovely photos. You really captured their energy and motion. also their curiousity.
