Generally speaking, I am stronger than a newborn. Last week I met my match. She is absolutely gorgeous, and sweet and soft and snuggly, and incredibly determined. She had some pretty specific ideas about what she was and wasn't willing to do for the camera. And I'm not kidding about her strength....I couldn't have tucked her arms or her legs under her for anything...but I think we reached a very agreeable compromise and I absolutely adore these shots!
I think that one is in the running for my newborn favorite shots of the year. Sigh. Isn't she divine?
Hee hee...little, tiny baby toes.
She really is just that soft and she really does smell just that good.
Gorgeous eyes...and she truly was looking right at me, checking to see what crazy thing was going to happen next.
And guess who else likes her? I mean, besides me...
Her sweet big sister who is getting so big and doesn't look like a baby anymore. I remember thinking my firstborn was just a little guy, right up until he met his sister at the hospital, and then I kept wondering when he got so big.
Congratulations on your newest addition guys! Your girls are absolutely adorable! And thanks for letting me spend such a fun morning with all of you.
She is sweet and snuggly looking. I love the one in the hat, and of course the kiss from her sister.
